Each week, we ship orders on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Orders received between those days, will go out on the following shipping date.
We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their products are gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure that you do not run out of CBD.
Most everyone loves Elixirs by Kindness, but sometimes our customers find that the first thing they try isn’t right for them. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please give us a call. We may be able to find a solution for you and gladly exchange it.
But you may also request a refund of the full purchase price within 22 days of the product received date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. And you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or text 714-988-3362 to speak with our order support staff.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
